As a B.Tech graduate in Automotive Design Engineering from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun, I have a strong foundation in the principles and practices of designing, developing and testing automotive parts and assemblies. I am currently pursuing my M.Tech in Smart Manufacturing at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, where I am expanding my knowledge and skills in the field of advanced manufacturing technologies and their applications in and beyond the automotive industry.Throughout my undergraduate studies, I gained hands-on experience in using various Computer Aided Design tools, such as SolidWorks and CATIA, and participated in several projects related to product design and development. I also gained a good understanding of the various manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control techniques.As a part of my post-graduation, I worked on a research project that aims to develop a smart manufacturing system for the Smart Factory present in the Centre of Product Design and Manufacturing department of IISc. This project involves the integration of various advanced technologies, such as IoT, AI, and robotics, to improve the efficiency and flexibility of the manufacturing process. My role in this project includes the design and implementation of the control and monitoring system for the manufacturing equipment and the development of a data analytics platform for real-time monitoring and control of the manufacturing process.My interests in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, AR/VR/XR, Additive Manufacturing, and Robotics have led me to take several online courses, attend workshops and participate in intramural events to gain more knowledge in these fields. I have also been working on personal projects which have helped me to understand the potential of these technologies in the field of Advanced Manufacturing and Industry 4.0.I am honored that you chose to spend some time reading my bio and I look forward to connecting with you on this platform.
