At Infosys, I am in charge of lateral hiring for Marketing, Process Transformation Group, Enterprise Quality Solutions, Audits and Tools & Automation Group. The portfolios I manage have given me a flair of hiring for both delivery and Business Enabling Functions; explore generic skill and niche skill hiring at the same time. I interned with Sun Pharmaceuticals and worked on Employee Engagement at a time when Sun Pharmaceuticals acquired Ranbaxy. Here I came up with “SEEQ” to measure employee engagement at Sun Pharmaceuticals and suggested a tool to measure financial impact of employee engagement.Other than allowing me to form a bridge between talent and opportunity, recruitment allows me to travel. I have been fortunate enough to have visited 16 European countries during student exchange program in XIMB. Thanks to my mother’s job I have had the privilege to visit the most interior of areas in Odisha. This has ensured I am in sync with my responsibilities towards the society. Add to it my passion for photography and there is nothing more I could have sought from recruitment.
