HR Generalist• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organizational effectiveness and achieve business goals through effective HR strategies.• Conducting thorough analyses of HR processes to enhance efficiency, promote scalability, and ensure compliance with industry standards.• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.• Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.• Overseeing the Performance Management System (PMS) by establishing Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives.• Managing payroll processes, salary administration, leave management, and generating detailed reports on manpower, absenteeism, and compliance metrics.• Administering employee compensation and benefits programs, including full and final settlements, while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.• Ensuring adherence to statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, LWF, PT, employer returns, POSH, and bonus filings, while preparing and maintaining essential statutory registers.• Facilitating the transfer and withdrawal of PF claims and managing audits, including statutory, CLRA, and vendor audits.• Building strong relationships with regulatory bodies and insurance companies to ensure effective management of employee benefits and medical claims.• Utilizing HR metrics and analytics to provide insights to business leaders, supporting data-driven decision-making and strategic workforce planning.• Promoting a culture of continuous learning and development through training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth.• Ensuring timely resolution of employee inquiries and grievances, fostering open communication and maintaining positive employee relations across the organization.
