From the start, I knew exactly what I wanted, what I was working towards and how to get there. I had clear timelines attached to my dreams and aspirations. I started small – faced all the challenges of setting up a bootstrapped company and yet managed to realise the ideas and use the opportunities that I created. None of the companies that I started materialised out of thin air – they were the result of clarity of thought, lucidity of vision, toil, tenacity, resilience, hard work and unmistakable marketing skills. My innate ability as a serial entrepreneur allows me to thrive despite the chaos and customise solutions for the problem at hand allowing me to remain flexible and adaptable in any situation. There is no equal to persistence & perseverance & you will get through if you sustain long enough & this shows in the manner that I put together all the pricing, service and product decisions keeping in mind our customers. The precision & accuracy of my decisions come from years of entrepreneurial experience, and inherent confidence in my abilities as a thinker, delegator and someone who can get things done. I have an indomitable will and resolute determination to promote the company in the ‘right circles’ to achieve maximum success. Spareta is my third venture (AaGayaa.com & Diva Fitness) - given the relationships I have built, this too will be as successful as the previous ones. I have a clear vision before I set out and have the gumption to lead the company with the astuteness and shrewdness required of any entrepreneur. Am an instinctive leader, capable of attracting, developing and retaining high-performance team members.The previous two start-ups came about given my ability to perceive gaps in the market between what people needed and wanted versus what was available. Diva Fitness, for example, came about to address the gap between the need for women's fitness versus the packed schedules which do not allow them to focus on their health. The 30-minute session packed cardio and strength workout for speedy inch loss and muscle toning without tiredness or muscle soreness.
