I am responsible for overseeing the production of hard luggage (polycarbonate, polypropylene, ABS, plain and printed films), soft luggage, backpacks, and handbags. I have successfully launched and scaled up the hard luggage plants from scratch, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability. I also work with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure customer satisfaction, innovation, and compliance.
