Business analysis of end to end IT FO projects for the enhancement in Trade capture application involving major OTC products.

Analysed the AS-IS architecture and implemented the TO-BE solution which involved enabling the clients to book the deals and view the deals confirmation on the S2Bx platform (Straight to Bank). Managed the end to end automation thereby enabling the clients to view and confirm the deal on the trade booking applications Flowbanker thereby increasing the STP rate and reducing the error in the Confirmation process.

Implement the Global tools for SG entities for FIC chain for new and existing entities APAC entities wherein the key responsibilities were to decommission legacy/vendor FO/BO applications and rolling out new strategic/global applications for Forex, Money-market, Structured Products and other asset classes which are inline with group vision and mission. This also included enhancements on FO/BO side to include local requirements of that entities in areas of Reg Reporting, Accounting, Workflows like Clearing and Termination,Front end workflows,Settlements and Confirmations.

Project 1:Role: Business AnalystResponsibilities handled during Development project;• Gather Requirement from user• Prepare Business Requirement Document (BRD) and get it validated and Sign-off from user• Liaise with developers during the developers during the development phase• Testing to to check the bugs in the development• Conduct a Pre-UAT session • Conduct UAT with the user to test the end to end functionality and get the sign-off from user.• Liaise with support team to get the issue fixed in minimum time. Project 2:Role: Pre-sales Responsibilities handled in Sales Project are as follows :•Deploy and promote Labs’ assets in Project groups.•Articulate benefits that the assets bring to software delivery.•Create and update any necessary marketing and presentation materials related to the assets to be deployed.•Track and report the various deployments being handled and managed.•Work with the research team in piloting early prototypes by identifying pilot opportunities.•Serving as a liaison between the research team and the piloting client team.•Contribute to devising strategic ways to drive uptake of the assets.

Marketing and CSR Concurrent Project at Raychem RPG, MumbaiUnderstanding availability of essential medical facilities in rural India in the primary area of Himachal Pradesh and analysing the questionnaires feedback from local residents and identifying the gaps in health facilities, pain points, areas of improvement and mapping it with the existing requirements of National Rural Health Mission(NRHM).Analysed the questionnaires and presented the findings and suggestions to top management of RPG Raychem.

Promoted the newly launched "Easy to Grate Cheese" in Mumbai area by doing primary market research in Restaurants and Retail outlets through questionnaires, interviews & also seondary research to study pricing and distribution strategy to figure out the relative position of Amul cheese vis a vis its competitors and came up with recommendations to top management of the organisation based on the findings of surveys, interviews and questionnaires.
