- Responsible for new innovative ACGE product development within budget & timelines defined by Project management.- Designing the tools and training to perform required tasks that will enable a successful remote engineering environment forACGE software engineers. Executing POCs related to platform development for multiple vendors.- Responsible for the development of Common Company standards for Modular Automation software tools and templatesfor ACGE existing and future products. Also, responsible for designing and releasing white papers for ACGE Automation.- Development of PLC and next-generation SCADA /HMI standard templates based on modular concepts and Globalstandards like ISA88, ISA95, PackML, and 21CFR Part 11.- Allocating work and ensuring optimized resource management and utilization of a team of 20 members including 06 directengineers and 14 indirect engineers for delivering an Organizational goal.

- Managing master migration project execution risk through validation of master project inputs (as per Master projectdocumentation and the Master project schedule), effective project staffing strategies and comprehensive adherence tostandard work and quality processes.- Development of all master software as per GAMP5 guidelines, based on modular concepts and Global standards like ISA88,ISA95, PackML, and 21CFR Part 11.- Executing change management process for ACGE products and Supporting Master Electrical drawings for all ACGE products.- Responsible for implementing IIoT integration and Safety features with risk assessment reports for Automation platforms.- Administering a team of 20 members– engineers for delivering Organizational goals.

- In charge of continuous production of ACGE products according to customer orders within timeframes planned forAutomation related activities with 95% OTDIF adhering to business rules defined for the organization.- Managing a wide range of departmental activities, such as ISO audits, New Product Development, New vendordevelopment, CAPA for critical issues, reduction in unallocated inventory, change control management and providingtechnical details about the product to the Sales team / After Market Sales team/ Regional heads/ Service heads (Includingoverseas).- Responsible for Reduction in COPQ for Automation related activities with achieving the target of 30% reduction per year.- Managing daily kaizens and 6S implementation for the department as per Organization safety requirements along withcontribution to continuous improvement projects.- Designing and delivering hardware and software for CE, UL, NR12, hazardous areas, and IP classes as per Zone concepts.- Allocating work and ensuring optimized resource management and utilization of a team of 45 members including engineers,supervisors & electricians for delivering an Organizational goal.

- Responsible for customer project development and dispatch from the factory.- Responsible for new features development and coordination with software vendors- Provided support to customer and service team
