Digital Health: Co-founded Tech Care for All (TC4A), that successfully brought to market Medical Learning Hub (MLH), one of India’s and Africa’s most reputed Healthcare Provider (HCP) engagement and training platform. MLH is connected with more than 3,50,000 HCPs and works with leading pharma and medical device companies, Hospitals, Medical Associations and Medical Colleges for their L&D and consumer engagement needs (https://medicallearninghub.com/). TC4A is also bringing to market an innovate AI based digital diagnostic product to significantly improve public health.2. Diagnostics: Co-founded a medical diagnostic lab chain in Noida (Delhi NCR, India), that also served as a CRO. Gentrac Diagnostic Labs (Gentrac) achieved 20% market share (in city and non-hospital) within 4 years of establishment and differentiated from all other established labs with its patient centricity, where patients could freely discuss and learn about their diagnostic results with qualified pathologists and clinical scientists. 3. Clinical Research: As part of the Immune Tolerance Network (ITN) at Harvard Medical School (Boston and Bethesda, USA), I worked with multi-disciplinary teams to lead novel biomarker discovery in auto-immune clinical studies. Launched a unique online sample sharing platform (www.itntrialshare.org ) to accelerate clinical trial research (supported by the NIAID, part of the National Institute of Health (NIH). Pharmaceuticals: Led the development of a university concept into Phase 2 clinical trials within 3 years at Altheus Therapeutics Inc. (Oklahoma, USA). Successfully navigated Food and Drug Administration (FDA, USA) regulations, secured intellectual property, and managed in-house manufacturing for this fast-paced VC-funded startup, accelerating the pathway for a novel treatment.4. Scientific Expertise: Successfully defended my PhD in Immunology & Microbiology (stem cells) within 4 years (Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, USA), one of the publications ranked the top 10% globally.
