Leading the Alumni Relations Division - Strategic Direction, Engagement, and Fundraising- Strategic Direction: Keeping Alumni Relations on-course for augmenting priorities of the institute in the near, mid, and long term. - Engagement: Building Synergistic relationships with alumni for them to contribute their time and expertise at BITS.- Fundraising: Enabling alumni to donate financial resources for the transformational growth of their alma mater. Worked at a Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) School with student body comprising of Low-income communities from Worli and Lower Parel, Mumbai.Responsibilities:• Improve reading, writing and mathematical skills leading to improvement in academic performance of students • Create a culture of humanistic values in the classroom causing short term and long-term transformation in mindsets of students • Provide enhanced exposure and access through activities in classroom and outside to help shape confident and cognizant girls and boys• Work alongside school administration and leadership to bring-in process and systemic improvements
