• Leading Entire IT Team• Manage / Maintain IT system and Infrastructure for line of business. • Introduction of New technology / best practices with consensus and approval.• Managing commercial, monitoring SLA from service providers, and work closely with entire India IT team• Regularly check the IT infrastructure for potential problems/issues/bottlenecks, single points of failure and making recommendations for resolution.• Taking All IT escalation Including Mumbai Office and Branch Office that includes Onsite support as well as RIMS support from the NOC.• IT Infrastructure Planning & Management Trend Analysis & Reporting Performance control and evaluation• Implement / rollout across India / local IT system projects and Solution.• Provide / organise system training for the users and for rest of IT team• Implement best practices within IT services delivery.• Manage all the resources (People, Fund, Assets, Application Systems, Vendors and Partners)• Develop detailed user requirements documents and/or Scope Of Work (SOWs). Outline user requirements in detail analysis up front to minimize ‘scope creep’ later in the process.• Work with users and Delivery & Enhancements to define the contents of an IT product release

•Provide regular incident bulletins to ICT support staff concerning open issues•Develop, co-ordinate and promote incident management activities across the whole of ICT and take responsibility for the effective functioning of the Incident Management processes across all support areas•Provide expert advice to all support staff in the resolution of Incidents, including negotiation with customers and service teams in order to resolve issues which may delay resolution•Actively manage the monitoring and resolution of stalled or breached jobs with 2nd and 3rd line groups•Ensure effective and rapid response to Major Incidents•Ensure that any service breach is suitably recorded and described before it is closed•Review and recommend, as appropriate, changes to support processes to ensure continuous improvement of the incident management process•Provide guidance on Incident Management to all support staff and assist in their training and knowledge development•Review and improve the accuracy and content of the Service Management System knowledge base•Produce metrics for service performance and customer satisfaction both on a regular and an ad hoc basis •Ensure regular reporting on key service performance and quality metrics (in relation to incident management)•Create publications for use throughout the College, e.g. training materials, ICT brochures
