Primary Responsibilities• Accountable for project’s success and failure.• Responsible for execution and delivery of the project within agreed cost and time using different project methodologies like waterfall, modified waterfall, and agile SCRUM.• Ensure acceptable level of quality is delivered in each deliverable to client.• Act as a single point of contact to the client.• Communicate with client via emails, chats, and conference calls, as agreed with the client.• Kickoff project activities• Identify client expectations/ requirements (or any changes therein) and communicate to Project Team and Senior Management.• Define project scope and objectives and communicate the same to team members.• Plan the project, schedule it and allocate resources. • Share schedule with client and keep client and team updated about the cost & schedule variance / changes if any.• Ensure milestones are met and delivered to client on time.
