After shadowing Mr. Chirag Shah, my Support Director at the time, whose guidance was invaluable, I was promoted to the role of Support Director for BNI IRIS at BNI Baroda. In this capacity, my responsibilities included mentoring the chapter and its Leadership Team. My primary focus was on growing the chapter by inviting and adding genuine members, which not only expanded our network but also increased business opportunities for all members through enhanced connections.In June 2024, I concluded my tenure as the Support Director for BNI IRIS. Since then, I have taken on the role of mentor for another dynamic chapter in the region, BNI ICARUS.

After being a member at BNI BARODA for a good 2yrs, I decided to move up to becoming a Training Ambassador and undertook the Advanced MSP 2.0 and got certified as a Trainer for conducting BNI TRAININGs and Workshop on 4 of the Advance level Training that BNI offers. Today it has been 4yrs that I have been conducting trainings at BNI BARODA help members sharpen their skills in becoming an ace business networker and I also got promoted to Training Director.

Being a member of BNI Midas, the 5th Chapter at BNIBARODA, has been a rewarding six-year journey for me. During this time, I have immersed myself in understanding the policies, guidelines, processes, and most importantly, the philosophy that underpins BNI community.In April 2021, I was honored to be selected as the Support Ambassador for #BNIIRIS. In this role, my primary responsibility was to shadow and learn from my then Support Director, Mr. Chirag Shah (Ms Chirag Electricals). This opportunity allowed me to deepen my understanding of BNI's operational intricacies and further align myself with its mission and values.

As a student strategist, my role revolves around guiding students and parents through the complex landscape of career opportunities and educational choices. I specialize in understanding upcoming trends in employment across various industries, helping students align their interests with promising career paths that could span 15 to 40 years into the future.A significant part of my job involves counseling students who are uncertain about what to study within their chosen field of interest and what employment opportunities lie ahead, both globally and in specific countries like the US, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and Singapore. I provide detailed insights into which universities in these countries offer the best courses related to their interests, and what professional experiences they can anticipate post-graduation, whether they decide to stay abroad or return to India.For students aiming to pursue undergraduate studies (Bachelors and Diplomas), I also assist in building their profiles comprehensively. This includes not only academic achievements but also other aspects that universities value, such as extracurricular activities, leadership roles, community service, and internships. This holistic approach ensures that students present a well-rounded application that stands out in the competitive admissions process.The most fulfilling aspect of my work is witnessing students and their families achieve success as they secure placements in leading universities worldwide and go on to thrive in their personal and professional lives. Knowing that I've played a part in shaping their futures and helping them make informed decisions brings me immense satisfaction and motivates me to continue making a positive impact in the education sector.

I engage my self with aspiring students and understand their requirements as per their career and give them options across the Universities that we work for ensuring that student get to see the subjects that they will be studying. I also associate with consultants of other countries in mutually beneficial way so that can work in synergy with each other for mutual benefits.Since our business depends on Referrals, my work is also to broaden the base of our referrals to ensure that we keep getting referrals from our satisfied clients.I also help in developing franchisees in those cities where we do not have any presence with a strong focus on the due diligence process to ensure that we have to right kind of people by our side.

We are the authorized Representatives of Universities in Australia. We also cater to aspiring student who wish to study at leading Universities in Canada, The US and The UK. I have an experience of counseling of thousands of student for various courses across different universities and countries. I have successfully placed student at TOP UNIVERSITIES like OXFORD UNIVERSITY UK, University of Toronto, Carleton University Ontario and all the leading Universities in Australia as well.

BNI is a global business networking platform with its presence in 79 countries with over 11000 chapters across the world with over 3lac members across the world. BNI India also has its presence in over 310 cities with 58000 members and counting. BNI Midas was the 5th Chapter of Baroda which came into existence in Feb 2018 but its formation started in Oct 2017 and I had the opportunity to serve as its 1st Vice President of the chapter which started with 35 members and by the time I finished my term we were a Chapter of 63 strong members.
