Role involves Validation and compliance consultancy to various IT projects in Pharmaceutical domain for one of the Global Pharmaceutical Client of TCS.providing Quality consultancy with specific exposure to GxP, SoX, 21CFR Part 11, CSV etc.•Perform compliance risk assessment of IT & Mobile application identifying applicable compliance Domains (PI, SPI, GxP, SOX, Safe Harbor, software Medical device etc.)•Tracking and Guidance for meeting Compliance Requirements(CRS) •Review of SDLC and Validation related project documentation (Plan till deployment)•Guidance and Consultation about compliance parameters RFC\Change Management Process, deviation, CAPA & exception management•Compliance report and Project Closure Report authoring on project completion•Awareness creation among project teams for applicable compliance areas and necessary processes like PI, SPI, Safe Harbor, GxP, SOX etc.•Periodic review of compliance status of IT applications as per organizational guidelines and follow-ups with stakeholders on related compliance.•Manage team of Quality Analyst /Consultant providing QA support.

 As a Process Consultant was responsible for the following:• Conducting Workshops for As-Is Study of the Network Inventory setup.• Analyzing the existing Network Inventory set-up from functional perspective.• Study the As-Is processes followed for various telecom lifecycle journeys like service fulfillment, Service assurance, network Plan and Build.• Mapping of existing processes with eTOM and identify the gaps as per eTOM framework.• Provide high level processes adhering to eTOM framework identifying key performance areas for improvements.• Recommendations in terms of necessary enhancements as needed for supporting the new Network Inventory COTS product being recommended for Lattelecom.• Effort estimations for low level process design.

Prepaid BSS OperationsLocation: DAKC, MumbaiResponsibility:As an Executive Prepaid Billing Ops, following are the responsibilities handled.Maintain and implement COS (Class of Service) data in prepaid IN as per the work order and data provided by Wireless Planning and Engineering Department.Simulation of prepaid products for various calling scenarios as per the product specificationAct as a single point of Contact for Information of all Prepaid RIM, PCOs and FWP/FWT products for various circles all over India, Customer Care etcResolution of prepaid subscriber issues related to Blocked Accounts, Acc validity, COS, Adjustment passing, Verification of Account history in terms of CDR details, SMS -Data - R world application charging using systems such as Clarify, IN.
