Also assisting Management in planning and execution of new verticals in Healthcare and Line production in kyrgyzstan.The job entails the following other responsibilities: Visiting Key clients to build relationship and to generate more business. To generate new clients for India, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan Responding to customer complaint and grievance or queries in efficient manner. To work closely with vendors and clients to improve operation and reduce costs. To design and implement SOP for new clients To assist in calculating supply chain cost for new projects and shipment for inbound as well as Third country shipments. To communicate and assign responsibilities to personnel in respective geographies and in department. Managing credit and payments  Supervising the completion of all checks and documentation require by Law.  To do Liasoning with private and Govt. offices in India and Kyrgyzstan for new ventures. Closely working with Indian and Kyrgyz Embassy to increase bilateral trade.

In my new responsibility, need to develop International freight forwarding for Mumbai and import projects. Also to develop overseas agent network for mutual business. First area of concern is to improve import freight along with 3pL services.
