Roles and Responsibility: Server Administration Installation, configurations and management of Windows and Non-Windows Servers Configure RAID and installing ESXI & Microsoft server OS based on the requirement. Managing Server Operating System hardening and Server hardware troubleshooting. Configuring AD Users, Set Rights to files, User Security and Disk Space management to optimise the server utilisation. Preparing Systems utilization weekly/monthly report; managing Server & User Accounts. Keeping the Servers up and running with 0% downtime. Applying Security patches monthly and keeping the Server OS updated. Applying Server Hardware firmware updates with help of vendors (DELL Servers). Adding/deleting/modifying/OU Handling on AD user accounts, resetting passwords, etc. Vulnerability Checkup for Servers. Monitoring and maintaining server logs and reports. Performing Capacity planning across all the servers at the facility. Local Administrator Password reset on all windows servers using Orchestrator tool on monthly basis and maintaining the passwords in Media safe in our facility. Managing the servers with 100% Asset inventory polling using FNMS client software application. Decommissioning of all unused servers using parted magic tool on need basis.

Ltd  Resolving IT related issues with proper resolution on Incidents (BMC remedy & ServiceNow tools). Provide first level Technical support on Hardware, OS & Networking queries. Ensuring the process needs and the quality legends. Providing Support to Remote Employees at Other Locations. Desktop & Notebooks related troubleshooting. Internet related Troubleshooting (Dial-up, Broadband, and Wireless & VPN). Configuring Modem and Wireless Networks with routers. Installation & Uninstallation of O/S and Related S/W. Configuring Lotus Notes 6.5, 7.0 & 8.5 versions as Support Knowledge Base. Resolve user issues relating user accounts and passwords. Installation and Configuring Symantec Anti-Virus Products. Installation and Configuring Symantec Products (NAV NIS 04, 05, 06, 07, 08). Troubleshooting on MS word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, project. Remote Sessions using LMI & MSRA tool on Windows7 & Windows10 Systems. Handling Multi-sessions like (Voice, Chat & Remote Sessions). Identify and provide input on unique or recurring Employees problems. Research problems to find simple and effective solutions. Respond to all Technical questions and concerns with clear communication and Logical Troubleshooting. Troubleshooting Lync & Skype for business related issues. Coordination with technical team to ensure Process requirements. Securing hard disks using Bit Locker encryption tool & ensure BL key uploaded on AD for recovery.
