English language training for locals and teaching Arabic to expatriates not only promoted cultural exchange but also brought everyone closer together. I also played a part in crafting training programs for Divisional Managers, helping them boost operational efficiency.I was handed the reins as a Project Manager for a very interesting strategic transformation project at Al-Rawahy Holdings, initiated by the Chairman himself.
