*Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.*Execute brand plans and partner with Trade Marketing Manager to execute channel / 4Ps strategy for the brand.*Manage creative / Digital agencies and align the brand objective with agency performance.*Drive performance against key brand growth measures; manages delivery of business and brand health performance.*Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.*Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as relaunches ("EVA Relaunch 2020” and 360 campaign on ATL, BTL, TTL).*Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding.*Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items.*Competitor and customer insights analysis.*Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales.*Manage research agencies to get relevant category (Sanitary Napkin) & consumer data on time (monthly basis).

• Carrying out desk based Market Research Activities on selected Industries/ opportunities in Sri Lanka, Maldives and Myanmar.• Assisting in the development and formulation of high-level Marketing Plans for the B2B platform.• Providing support for the development of the B2B platform in terms of Coordinating selected projects.• Assisting in the development of marketing materials, identifying potential partners, maintaining relationships with Information sources etc.• Prepared the Company’s marketing plan, communication plan and the marketing budget for 2020 under the supervision of the Marketing Manager.• Planning and execution of the chain of activities leading to the brand launch of “Advantis Ultra”.• Assisting in the preparation of the Company’s 2020 corporate plan.
