- To manage and coordinate projects including scheduling visits to meet the demands of project timelines and ensuring that project momentum and deadlines are achieved.- To install Fast React products at client facilities to the agreed specification and within the agreed time frame, interpreting user needs and providing workable solutions to problems as necessary.- To train end users on the software, ensuring that program modifications and bugs discovered are logged and resolved appropriately and in a timely manner.- Ensure all project management systems are kept up to date, assist the Design & Development team by testing program modifications/bug fixes- Ensure that personal knowledge of Fast React products keeps pace with development includingoccasional training sessions with the Professional Services team.

-Operate a centralized support desk function for South Asia and Asia. The role will primarily be office based, with additional opportunity to visit clients and to carry out ‘continuous improvement’ reviews, when required/appropriate. -Ensuring that program modifications and bugs reported by customers or discovered during implementation are logged onto the appropriate systems and resolved in a timely manner to ensure on-time project delivery.-Ensuring that all appropriate internal project management systems (visit reports and support logs) are kept fully updated; also providing a ‘weekly summary’ report of your activities, with comments and planned activities for the coming week.-Assist the Design and Development team by testing program modifications and bug fixes, ensuring the testing lead-time is kept to a minimum and that the modified program is delivered to the customer in a timely manner-Ensuring that your personal knowledge of Fast React products keeps pace with development by investing time studying the product and all new releases/developments in detail.-Periodically disseminate new product developments, bug identifications and fixes to the SA implementation team-Helping to ease the load on the implementation team by actively getting involved in the implementation of projects, as and when required, by FRS. NB: This would require travel to client sites.-The ownership of such assigned projects: Activities would include setting the project plan with the client and maintaining this, ensuring that momentum is maintained, deadlines achieved and customer expectations are fulfilled.-Through the above, ensuring the successful installation and configuration of Fastreact at client facilities, to the agreed specification, interpreting user needs and providing workable solutions to issues raised during the project.-Helping with the training of new staff and guiding them in their job functions.
