Designing of Thyristor controlled & un-controlled rectifiers for various applications like electroplating, hydrogenation plants, breaker testing, battery charging, surface coating, etc. Attending techno-commercial meetings. Sizing and designing of rectifier transformers, interphase transformer & filter chokes. Preparing single line diagrams & wiring diagrams using CAD based software Promise. Preparing bill of materials, cable schedules & Installation manuals. Interfacing power schemes with PLC / Microprocessor based control systems. Designing Electrical & mechanical layouts. Interacting with customers/consultants like Technimont ICB, UHDE, EIL, TCE for approval of schemes.. Technical support to Marketing, Purchase, Production, Commissioning & Servicing team. Worked as an Internal Auditor for ISO 9000.
