Integration Analyst
CurrentBayshore HealthCare is one of Canada’s leading providers of home and community health care services with over 100 locations, 13,500 staff members and 350,000 clients.• Working as a member of the Bayshore Digital Experience Platform (DXP) to identify integration points within different lines of business and systems to offer a digital transformation solution.• Providing best solutions and design reports to provide meaningful statistics, analysis and trends to support the management decision making. • Understanding complex data structure and document technical specifications to suggest improvements in data collection & analysis methods to provide application support/expertise for integration points between connected hospital systems and building systems. • Collaboration with different lines of business within the organization, internal & external teams to improve the patient experience by enabling digital pathways for the programs in the way of mobile & web applications. This involves all phases of the system lifecycle from gathering requirements to the launch & maintenance of the product. • Thoroughly understands the business processes, workflows, systems and business requirements.• Understand complex data structures and document technical specifications detailing target data elements.• Interpret the defined scope and defined business requirements for each dataset in the creation of each technical specification. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data set.• Provide best solutions and designs reports to provide meaning stats, analysis and trends for management decision making. Suggest improvements in data collection, analysis methods and service data systems.• Coordinate application and integration acceptance tests and support clinical commissioning activities to ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to business needs.
