I was very Glad to work in the pre-opening team of the first fine dine restaurant of the world on Heathrow Airport Terminal-5 Air Side "Gordon Ramsay Plane Food"At Plane Food I was very fortunate to work under people having Michelin Stars & AA Rosettes.It taught me how to perform the best under the highest Pressure.

In a tenure of 1 year and 2 months worked for the 2 best fine dine restaurants which gave me a lot of practical exposure in my first Job after my Education.Worked 8 months in "Side-Wok" Restaurant which was a Pan-Asian fine dine restaurant inside NCPA at Nariman Point and then 6 months at the Indian Fine Restaurant "Masala Kraft".
