- Solely responsible for Branding & Digital Media, Database Management & Data Analytics functions of Schindler Sri Lanka.- Overseeing the content management of Schindler Sri Lanka’s Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) - Liaising with Schindler Global Affiliates in planning and executions of focused global synchronized marketing activities in line with Schindler International Standards to drive market share and brand visibility/presence.- Co-ordination of Sales and Support Teams to identify key focus areas and effectively roll-out local marketing activations.- Conducting market research to identify key future prospects, high valued projects and facilitate to establish Company’s future project pipeline.- Reviewing and preparation of Competitor Analysis, Sales and Commercial performance reports.- Evaluation and preparation of Private & Government Tenders and furnishing memorandums and supplementary documentation to senior management.- Preparation and management of Schindler Sri Lanka’s Marketing Budget.- Responsible for Marketing Stakeholder Management and Public Relations (Suppliers & Institutions)

Biyagama

- Reviewing and preparation of company’s Daily, Monthly Sales Data Reports and assist Sales and Commercial Teams to align with sales and corporate targets/objectives. - Provide Commercial Analysis to divisional and functional heads (Project Evaluation & ROI)- Attestation and facilitation of payments to company’s stakeholders and ensure effective operation of the Accounts Payable function. - Preparation and coordinating disbursement of Sales Incentives.- Reporting on updates of external stake holder positions such as Excise & Customs Departments, Suppliers, Principles, Etc.

- Possess overall responsibility for processing of Foreign Remittances, Inward Telegraphic Transfers and Sanction Screening.- Correspond with departments for Remittance query resolution and ensure all formal documentation and approvals are maintained. - Conduct an extensive analysis on foreign remittance general ledger accounts by way of reconciliations to identify and investigate issue balances. - Preparation and presentation of status reports highlighting key issues and exceptions in lieu of foreign remittances to functional heads.- Providing guidance to Trainee Banking Assistants on the performance of their duties.

- Processing of Domestic Remittances - Inward SLIPS, Outward SLIPS, Outward RTGS and Inter Sri Lanka Salary transfers.- Remittance application/mandate preparation and verification.
