I am a growth stage B2B tech investor and an advisor for capital raising and M&A/inorganic strategy to Tech companies, investment funds and their portfolio companies. I have worked in past as a Corporate Development and growth strategy leader and have proven track record of 16+ years primarily in Tech industry and hands-on experience of large multi-hundred million dollar growth investment strategies (from formulation to execution), 100+ cross-border M&A and strategic venture investments deal pursuits across deal cycle, completed over $3.5bn M&As and investments.I have spent 8 years as the senior most member in the corporate strategy team of Shiv Nadar – the founder and the chairman of HCL (Revenue $12bn and MCap $40bn).
