 Actively prepared Financial Statement as per Companies Act., Business Plans and Strategic Plans for 5 plants across India, Schedules for the Fixed Asset, Details for Fringe Benefits along with the consolidation of details received from various units for deposit of FBT. Submitted CMA data and CRISIL data. Handled monthly MIS reporting for Mahle & Anand Group involving preparation of Flash report, Sales Reporting for Mahle and OR Reporting for Mahle in MARS (German Reporting package) and all other MIS. Maintained Mahle Inter company data including corresponding with them for Reconciliation through Mahle Treasury data base system.  Submission of Annual & Semiannual (Audited) reporting package to Mahle Germany as per German Guidelines. Conducted segment wise profitability and 80 : 20 analysis for seeing profitability part of company. Watched company over dues and ensured the control so that overdues do not increase from current level.
