We retail EVs, service EVs and ICE vehicles and also provide spares for ICE and EVs through a very large network of FOFO stores, distributors, retailers and mechanics.I am responsible for overall digital strategy and execution. Revamping legacy systems + Building a new technology stack to position the business for technology + product led scale and growth over the next 5 years.

(Software Business Acquired by Bounce). The company was re-imagining purchase and post purchase experience of 2 wheelers in developing countries. As Chief at LetsService, I worked closely to understand the various challenges faced by customers, dealerships and service centers when it comes to purchase and post purchase experience. LetsService aimed to simplify the process, make it digital and bring simplicity and convenience to both sides of the equation.We also envisioned cloud dealerships and service centers for auto retail and built technology to solve this piece. I believe the future of auto retail is online. We successfully signed partnerships with the big auto OEMs like Hero MotoCorp, Honda Motorcycles, Eicher Motors, Yamaha and Suzuki to distribute our products and services. We also worked on an innovative and first of a kind product called "SmartRide" which provided an "All Inclusive Vehicle Maintenance Plan" along with smart features like collission detection and RSA dispatch, Riding behaviour pattern tracking and analysis and so on. I was also responsible for the monitoring and execution of the overall strategy for the company.

Co-founded Summit PayCom with 2 amazing individuals and we are poised to take the mobile commerce space in India by storm. About our first product Madzz rebranded to Flit. (www.madzz.co.in, www.flit.in) Madzz is a “mobile first” market place for all offline retailers and businesses to go mobile and interact with the mobile and tech savvy consumers around them. Madzz also takes the form of a shopping guide for consumers who will get to know of all the offers, deals, sales and discounts running in their favorite store right on their mobile phone.I was responsible for marketing and HR Operations and Hiring

In my role, I helped the company set up a very robust and scalable Social Media Marketing practice and drove the initial RoI myself leading a strong team in action todayAlso played the role of a "Functional Lead" to build the Social Media GRC product (Social Listening and ORM).

In this role, I was assigned the responsibility to lead, plan and execute the digital and social media strategy for a new breed of expert integrated systems from IBM. The role was challenging as the product was new and IBM had to create a need and identity for the product in the market and we delivered great results. The focus was on extensive social media marketing to create enough buzz about the new great product and in return create a lot of interest among existing and new customers.

Managed the end to end digital and social media marketing requirements for my portfolio. I was part of the IBM Middleware segment and that was where most of the action was happening at that point in time. It helped me transition into my next role where i could deliver greater results to the company.

The urge to get some solid experience under my belt drove me to this role. I did this during the final trimesters of my MBA. So that would be 8 Hrs of college and 6 hrs of work. Thoroughly fulfilling.Assisted the manager in all marketing and demand generation activities.Handled events end to end in various geographies where the company showcased their products in. Build annual events calender with increased focus on thought leadership and demand generation.Create slide casts and pod casts for the company to be placed on the website.Was a part of the website migration process from word press to Jumla. Also facilitated translation of the website in 5 different languages.Assisted the manager in go to market planning for various geos.

I had the distinction of being the first trainee to be deployed into QuEST. Worked on 2 great projects and results suggested the company to have a full-fledged summer internship program which has given some real great talent to the industry till date. The projects where as below - Built a social media framework for the company primarily to generate leads through social media activities. Primarily in twitter and linkedin.Conducted a Brand audit for the company and made recommendations which were implemented immediately.Kept track of all the activities related to competition and customers to provide key insights to the senior leadership.
