My role is to be the User experience Lead and be the bridge between other teams, stakeholders and users. I'm working with an awesome Netherland team and our path leads to create a new product. I manage UX artifacts and design materials while contributing to the design system through the team- Conceptual designs for new features and innovations, establishing interaction flows and evaluating them through prototyping and other methods.- Continuously improve products by delivering the best possible experience for the users.- Conduct user research, user tests to gather end users’ insights to Identify and resolve existing UX problems.- Create design artefacts, presentations, and training materials.- Collaborate with cross-functional team members, and other stakeholders to ensure user satisfaction and solution fit.- Share knowledge, guide, and train colleagues.

I was playing the role of a User Experience Lead in a Norwegian Accounting and ERP Solutions working on both web and mobile platforms. I was a key contributor converting the system to a white label product and creating the design system for the product suite (web and mobile). I was playing the role of a UI/UX Designer for a Swedish company which provides airline e-commerce technology services that include content management systems, IBE, payment solutions, and mobile apps.- As a UI Designer I collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.- Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideasPresent and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
