Responsibilities include, • Performing balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis which is covered receivables, payables, intercompany accounts and insurance specific reserves to identify risk on financial statements of the organisation.• Preparation of general ledger journals which are representing the monthly business, to reflect relevant figures in financial reports.• Performing data governance and integrity checks data warehouse System• Performing monthly balance sheet and P&L journals across the various aspects of the business• Conducting variance analysis between plan numbers and actual numbers across various business channels• Preparation of payments to third-party suppliers and vendors• Provide required information to both the external and internal auditors and handling Internal and External Audit queries

Responsibilities including,• Preparation of cash reports daily basis, ensuring all entries recorded in the system (GeneralLedger) reconciled with bank side of the system.• Preparation of bank reconciliation.• Preparing journal entries review and upload the entries to the general ledger.• Identifying and resolving discrepancies.• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and communicated confidentialinformation accordingly
