As the Senior Service Delivery Manager, I am responsible for day-to-day AV service operations in support of one of Astreya’s largest global customers (Google). I lead a national team of Service Delivery Managers (SDMs), AV technicians, and other supporting team members. In this role I must respond to customer issues in real-time while mentoring and developing staff to drive a consistent level of responsiveness and attention to customer stakeholders.
