CurrentClient Interactions to gather business requirement and providing those updates to team. Document the requirement using solution workbook. Preparing process mapping as per business requirements. Conducting UAT’s and creating user stories. Conducting SOX audit on quarterly basis and sharing the results for improvements. Regular connection with business units to find process improvements to maximize the customer service. Adhering to TATs involves efficiently managing the time it takes to collect, process, and analyze data.Accountable for data accuracy and responsible for maintaining the SLA for customer deliverables.Ensuring service levels are met for production, quality and TAT (Turnaround Time) as defined for the process.Active participation in meetings to analyze team progress, client feedback and plans to improve customer satisfaction.Completely taking the ownership for the entire assigned task and be the go-to person for internal stake holders on all customer deliverables / Issues.
