Provide end to end project management services as part of IT PMO organization of the Bank. Responsible for project delivery from inception to closure including demand management, project planning and execution within the triple constraint of cost, quality and schedule. Cost budgeting, Vendor management, Communication management, risk identification and mitigation are integral part of the job. Key projects include IT transformation projects for Payments Systems of the bank, Reconciliation System Revamp and Projects for Regulatory requirements in UAE and across the region (GCC RTGS), demand management for next generation cheque clearing system and project management support for implementing Robotics Process Automation in the Bank.

Provide software products and services to leading global financial institutions. Help design and develop banking products including payment modules for TCS flagship banking product TCS BaNCS. Oversee varied teams that provide software projects for global clients. Supervise project economics, determine deliverable content, direct stakeholders, and assure client buy-in of proposed solutions. Lead projects from idea phase to completion including monitoring and controlling, reporting, team management, onsite-offshore coordination, and conflict resolution. Launch multi-tiered enterprise applications for large banks within challenging IT multi-vendor, multi-cultural environment. Work with payment systems including SWIFT, RTGS, LVP, ACH, Real Time Payments (IPS), Bill Payments, Retail and Corporate Payments. Labor on emerging technologies for payments, collection and clearing including Ripple, AI, Fintech Integration and Payment Standards includingISO20022, PSD2, Open Banking. Work with core banking, retail, treasury, cash management, AML, brokerage, and mutual funds systems. Collaborate with other teams on product roadmap planning, development, marketing and release.
