Training Team Development:1- Define Development plans strategies per employee inline with their aspiration2- Adjust Performance Development plans inline with business strategies and top line KPIs3- Follow up on people and company developments4- Assess team performance for the annual promotions and salary increases5- Educate, coach and partner with management on performance management and employee development goalsRecruitment and Retention:1- Efficiently deploy the ATS system to track and follow up the most close candidate as per company culture and job vacancy needs2- Analyze the reason behind the interview rejection 3- Define the onboarding plan and ensure the required actions have been took place prior to joining the new joiner4- Analyzing the reasons on exit interviews and set the required actions accordingly5- Develop the JSPs and organizational chart HRBP:1- Active listening to understand people issues/challenges and accordingly plan for required actions with relative stakeholders in a timely manner2- Budgeting and forecasting for the annual increase and additional merits per department inline with their relative managers and team performance3-Define HR policies and SOPs to structures HR department 4- Develop the succession plan for key roles5- Analyze metrics to improve work relationships and people productivity 6- Align HR practices with Business Goals7- Provide proactive short term solutions and guide for long term decision making in critical situations8- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention 9- Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.10- Follow up to ensure training objectives are met
