As a Singapore-based recruitment agency, initially launched to specialize in human resource solutions for Engineering and IT recruitment, we have an established, broad-based, Talent Poollocated throughout the Asia Pacific region, with the ability to recruit globally.Key elements of the role include: Managing the recruitment process in full from vacancy registration to the arrival of the successful recruit. Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work, culture, environment, hiring needs and preferences. Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media (websites, newspapers, websites, magazines etc) Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates. Interviewing and liaising with candidates to identify their personal strengths and requirements Completing a search of the candidate database to find the right person for the employer’s vacancy. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question Preparing CV’s and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants. Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates. Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates. Informing candidates about the results of their interviews Manage and maintain pipeline of candidates with hot skills for future opportunities. Regularly review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques.
