Lead - Help Team
CurrentManaging Help sub-department with key responsibilities of:- Planning, Estimation, and Execution of Help Project Plan- Managing Help Project throughout the build- Handling Help Source and Integration responsibilities- Management and Assignment of Bugs to team- Developing and Updating Help Manual and Guides.- Working directly with Project Managers, and Software Engineers for understanding of developed features to be able to develop its help content.- Coordinating with Product Management Group for TOC approval, help content review, and getting in touch with the product's competitor's analysis to come up with a usable help of feature.- Interacting with Testers and QC Engineers for resolving any identified bugs and improving the quality of help manual for ease of users.
