As Director (Product) - Global Supply, I owned and lead the global product roadmap for the supply function (Hotel Partners) and manage the complete product lifecycle, right from ideation, product architecture, design, development and adoption. I was responsible for assessing product requirements in the supply function for all geographies i.e. India & South Asia, South East Asia, Middle East, USA, UK, Europe, Japan & China.

Owned the product roadmap for India & South Asia supply function covering BD productivity & pipeline management app Orbis, lead bank Enigma, account management platform Cerebrum, hotel partner app Co OYO and hotel operations portal OYO OS.

• Led the new venture, right from it's setup, planning and it's operations.• Onboarded enterprise clients like ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, UBI, IDBI, Corporation Bank, IMS BHU, etc.• Designed the architecture of a workflow configuration engine for FormZero.• Conceptualized, designed and lead the development of one of a kind application processing portal, processing over half a million applications and peak DAU of 100k users.• Successfully processed & reconciled over INR 280 Crores online for ICICI bank in one month on the FormZero portal.• Led FormZero through 4 rounds of investment with an 8x increase in valuation within 3 years.• Led live projects involving payment volumes of over USD 35 million.

Worked in the CEO Office and Regulatory Affairs function, on a New Product Development and Innovation profile. My work included weekly tracking, reviewing and reporting of all the projects undergoing in the company. It also involved deployment of an NPI process management system in the organization and ensuring effective adoption of the same by the employees. I also worked on the strategy review (function wise and overall) of the organization post GSM launch. Prior to that, I worked as an Area Sales Manager in Kolkata for a month of sales stint.

Worked on a project to identify opportunity areas in the Women's health segment for food products aimed at urban women. The project involved market research in two cities (Mumbai and Bangalore). I conducted both a qualitative research and a quantitative research for the same and developed product concepts as my final recommendations. A TG base of over 180 consumers was covered. Depth interviews were conducted for the same.
