- Design Technology Solutions focusing Mobile Technology for Projects applying HCD. - Automate & Optimize Program Operation by understanding the intent of the project, define scope, current state analysis, identify gaps of process, validate with the stakeholders. - Work with key stakeholders to define and establish Problem/opportunity Statement (Context Diagrams). Define clear Scope Statement (User Stories, Journey Map, Stakeholder Mapping). - Translate business needs into technical requirements. Design & Prototype Tech-Led solutions based on - Identified needs.
