Working at, Muslim Women of Vaughan, I combined my event planning expertise, social media coordination skills, and communication skills and aided in contributing to the mission of fostering inclusivity and empowering minority groups through our Non Profit Organization, Muslim Women of Vaughan. By embodying the values of inclusivity, empathy, and respect, I ensured that our interactions with volunteers, and members of the community reflected our commitment to fostering inclusivity, and empowerment. I wrote comprehensive grant proposals to secure funding for new organizational programs, outlining project narratives, budgets, and required materials. I took comprehensive notes during executive meetings and weekly events and synthesized them into detailed proposal development reports every week. I followed up on all submitted grant proposals, thoroughly reviewing them, and gathering feedback for any unsuccessful proposals. I Independently organized, planned, and executed an event focusing on improving senior wellness, attracting over 30 participants.
