Aller media is one of Sweden´s biggest publisher for women and reach weekly 3 million unique visitors. I was responsible for correct tracking and measurements in our digital channels, reports, traffic and visitor insights, analysis of editorial and developing dashboards.I was also responsible for Google Analytics and work daily with GA, Google Data Studio and Google Sheet. I have introduced Google Data Studio to several parts in the organization since I noticed a need for clearer, more efficient and readily accessible data. I was included in strategic projects to be consultant in questions like paid content, merger of sites and how to optimize and get more revenue from our e-commerce.

In the position as an Analyst Digital Ad sales I was responsible to strengthen our digital ad sales thru development, optimization, data, reporting and analysis. I worked close with our sales department and our programmatic team. I contributed with big impact on our programmatic success. I found insights that helped us to find the perfect match between supply and demand and provided the programmatic team tools to easy know how and when to optimize price and inventory. With a good teamwork we managed to markedly increase both our eCPM and fillrate with new revenue records month after month. To be able to get high eCPM we needed to have a great inventory and I made several changed on our sites to get higher performing ad inventory. Spring 2016 I was elected “Employee of the Month”.

This was my first employment at Aller media. I worked in the Ad Ops-team within our sales department. When I started I quickly made changes to get the company more modern in the way to work with display both in the sales process and the ad inventory. Every Friday I was sharing my knowledge about digital advertising with the sales department in “Sandra´s School”. It was highly appreciated.

Nyheter24-Gruppen is an independent publisher with only digital products for a younger audience. At Nyheter24-Gruppen I was responsible for the delivery of all the display and video ads. I did daily optimizations on the inventory. I also did analysis and reports on viewabilities, eCPM, CTR and fillrates and this was used to price strategies and product offers. I was elected to “Employee of the Year” 2011.

SkandNet was an online sales company that offered display, SEO and SOME to advertisers. As Account Manager I was responsible for my one budget and process my own generated clients to find the right product and channel for them. Already my second month I won a sales competition.

ad pepper media Sweden was an online sales company that offered advertisers CPM, CPC, CPO and e-mail marketing. My main responsibilities were to deliver and optimize all the campaigns on different platforms and on our partner sites. I was in daily contact with our publishers, found new ones and made media buying for our campaigns. I was also responsible for our campaign analysis both for advertisers, partner sites and internal which increased their ROI and revenue. The role meant contact in English on a daily basis with the company’s offices and partners around Europe.

Viking Line is a market leading Cruise Company on the Baltic Sea.My second role at Viking Line was as Charter coordinator. When a charter was sold it means that the customer has chartered a whole cruise ship for his own interest. I got the contract from the sales and was the connection between the customer and the cruise ship. I was responsible for instance to inform the crew and booking department, book entertainment, plan menus and evaluate the cruise afterwards.

My first role at Viking Line was as a seller at the booking center. I answered to incoming calls, sold cruises and gave recommendations. I won a sales competition which contributed to that I quickly got another role within the company.
