In my role as Senior Account Manager, I have implemented impactful PR campaigns for film, and TV clients.

As a Freelance PR Consultant I have worked with award-winning agencies including Think Jam, Premier PR, Substance, Grapevine Digital, and Fetch Publicity, and have worked with major and independent film studios, across theatrical, home entertainment, and TV campaigns. My duties have included the following: • Obtaining briefs from clients and drafting proposals to fit their budgets• Liaising with media agencies to help develop media strategies• Running team brainstorms• Securing national promotions, and exclusive trailer and clip placements• Creating content plans utilising available digital assets• Liaising with national press across TV, radio, online, regional press, bloggers, and YouTube Vloggers • Managing junkets, publicity events and stunts, and red carpet premieres• Liaising with talent representatives to secure involvement in supporting theatrical and home entertainment releases• Managing social media activity, including official Facebook/Twitter and YouTube pages; Liaising with client media agencies with regards to Facebook ads and promoted Twitter initiatives; Liaising with creative teams on creation of apps• Managing the press office including writing press releases, securing national features, and securing review and competition placements

Was responsible for overseeing the Lime Media team who implement media partnerships across all media platforms on behalf of various film and brand clients including Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment, Entertainment Film Distributors, Universal, Pathe, IHG Hotels and Leap Frog.

Clients: Paramount, Universal, Entertainment Film Distributors, and UIP. Responsibilities: Liaised with studio marketing managers to coordinate BAFTA screenings and Q&A events; Maintained the Paramount BAFTA website; Liaised with BAFTA Members and managed their RSVPs for screenings; Booked theatres and handled print requests for BAFTA screenings throughout the UK

Clients: UIP and Entertainment Film Distributors Responsibilities: Liaised with the BAFTA Members and managed their RSVPs for various screenings; Maintained the overall appearance of the UIP BAFTA website and made sure that the awards, reviews and screening sections of the site were up to date

Managed the studio’s East Coast Field Marketing/Advertising agencies in promoting and publicizing MGM and United Artists film releases in the following markets: New York, NY. , Chicago, IL. , Philadelphia, PA., Boston, MA., Washington, D.C., Detroit, MI., Atlanta, GA., Cleveland, OH., Miami, FL., Baltimore, MD., Indianapolis, IN., and Cincinnati, OH.Key duties included:Oversaw East Coast agency participation in Promoting and Publicizing MGM and UA films via Press Junkets, TV satellite interviews, Radio Phoners, Publicity stunts and Promotional screenings.Liaised with East Coast TV and Print press to produce media coverage on all MGM and United Artists films. Supervised film press tours in key Northeast cities.Handled New York local promotions by securing television, radio, print, retail and travel promotional partners to garner public awareness for both Film and DVD releases.Approved television, radio, print and online promotional contest copy for the East Coast region. Produced national field radio phoner interviews and radio station IDs with film talent out of New York. Handled film talent at premieres and press junkets. Supervised my marketing assistant and interns in the day-to-day activities.

Responsible for promoting Walt Disney, Touchstone and Hollywood Pictures through print, retail, radio and television outlets in the New York market. Created and produced publicity stunts to garner media attention for films. Developed word-of-mouth screening programs for Buena Vista Pictures releases. Initiated and executed in-arena sports promotions with the Madison Square Garden and The NY Knicks.Brainstormed promotional ideas for films on a national field basis. Secured television, radio, print, retail and travel promotional partners in the New York market. Wrote television, radio and print copy for New York promotions. Designed and produced preview screening passes and flyers to use in promotional giveaways. Hired and trained interns for the promotions department.

Assisted the Marketing director in distributing and programming trailers. I also assisted in the development of in-theater promotions for Walt Disney, Touchstone and Hollywood Pictures.Key duties included:Assisted the Marketing Director in implementing in-theater promotions at key theater chains in the Northeast market.Liaised with key theater chain marketing managers and took their orders for trailers and promotional materials. Programmed Disney, Touchstone and Hollywood pictures trailers with key theater circuits.
