My primary responsibility is to assess the training needs of individuals and oversee the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process. I then create a comprehensive draft of training needs, including a plan and budget, while ensuring strict expense control. Coordinating both in-house and outsourced training programs according to specific training requirements is another crucial aspect of my role. I am dedicated to developing high-quality training content and materials, ensuring their effectiveness. Additionally, I collaborate with management to prepare training materials in documented audio or video formats, as per their decision.Furthermore, I am responsible for maintaining a seamless process for the internal Knowledge Management System. This involves updating the Knowledge Management Center with internal knowledge and validating its accuracy. By fulfilling these responsibilities, I contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the training and knowledge management processes.
