It also gives check lists and step-by-step guides on how everyday people can improve the IT security in their homes and protect themselves against digital threats. PROCESS MAPPING in a FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY• Mapped As-Is processes across the company through a series of work shops with SMEs, resulting in process maps down to level 5• Responsible for the process mapping track of project during 2nd phase, where duties expanded to include scheduling and managing 4 other consultants as well as stakeholder management

Selected experiences:BUSINESS PROCESS DEVELOPMENT in a NORDIC BANK:• Evaluated and enhanced existing processes for financial reporting in order to comply with requirements from the European Banking Authority.• Communicated and helped establishing new processes across business areas and geographies, while working with change management.DATA CENTER STRATEGY in an AUTOMOTIVE COMPANY:• Responsible for the development of a new global data center strategy for a company undergoing restructuring and separating its previously shared data centers and archaic strategies.• Developed a new strategy with an emphasis on agility, future demands and security. Strategy included new architecture, network design and security solutions.LOCATION STRATEGY & TRANSFORMATION PLANNING in a TELECOM COMPANY:• Led a thorough market analysis and designed a global assessment model that served as the basis for the new location strategy, potentially reducing run rate with ~1.5 BSEK for the IT department. A thorough business case was developed as part of the project.• Worked with strategy alignment of the IT organization and the Business in the transformation planning phase.IT BASELINE (MULTIPLE COMPANIES):• Prepared, analyzed and communicated an IT baseline in a global holding company consisting of approximately one hundred subsidiaries mainly from recent acquisitions around the world. • Led an IT Baseline project in an organization where IT and Business were tightly connected and transparency was an issue. Analyzed the application and project portfolios of five companies in the group, and detected major synergy potentials.

• Led the design work and development of multiple web based price comparison services for domestic and international companies.• Pioneered projects involving a high degree of innovation, that significantly impacted on pricing models and marketing campaigns in Sweden• Received significant positive attention from media (all major national newspapers and TV channels) for some of the services developed by Vectuz.• Had a major Swedish industrialist as mentor and later on as business partner

• Modeled, analyzed and optimized a noise reduction system for a vehicle by capturing the resonance through non-linear energy sinks (NES). • The proposed noise reduction system model was highly successful and showed great accuracy when compared to (external) experimental data.• Optimization of geometrical and material properties resulted in up to 4 times higher noise reduction than the performance of resonators currently in use.

Teaching programming at beginner level to engineering students at KTH. Taught languages were primarily python and java. Responsibilities included:- Preparing lectures and homework tasks- Giving lectures- Providing support during lab hours- Correcting and grading students' projectsMany of the students expressed positive remarks about my pedagogical skills and understanding of the subject.
