To monitor and implement company’s and client safety procedure.• Ensuring that all projects’ personnel are aware and comply with these procedures.• To ensure that approved work permit Program are implemented at site and all work activitiesare covered by work permit as approved by construction superintendent.• To attend HSE meetings with client and assure that all HSE program are equivalent to SAconstruction safety manual.• To monitor hazard identification program with construction people.• Assessthe risk on job site and reduce the risk aslow a level as practicable.• To improve health and welfare of workers on job site by support of management.• To Repot all near hits, accident/ incident to client, as per company procedure.• To investigate all accident/ incident on site and submit report to client.• To ensure that general housekeeping standard is maintained on sites as per safetyrequirements.• Conduct gas test for confined space entry.• To ensure that all safety precautions are being taken during pre- commissioning&commissioning activities.• To conduct pre-job safety meetings and to ensure all emergency procedures are being followedduring pre-commissioning & commissioning activities.• To ensure that all emergency exit routes are clear and standby man for emergencyshutdown.• To ensure LOTO system in place during pre-commissioning &commissioningactivities.• Issuing work permit to subcontractor’s permit receiver after joint siteinspection.
