Responsible:• Manpower planning and handling entire recruitment procedure.• Payroll management, preparing salary sheet, incentive, OT, allowances, maternity leave benefit payments and festival bonus.• Handling disciplinary matters, grievance and counseling to improve employee motivation and worker engagement.• Follow-up attendance, Leave management improves worker migration, reduces absenteeism.• Preparing and follow-up Office staff salary advice, OT & Night allowance advice, Tiffin bill & Final Settlement bill.• Communicate with the concern in Head Office for their needs like; Floor and Office staff organogram, OT report, Staff migration report, RRJF (Recruitment Request) for staff, Production and security issue etc.• Follow-up staff Induction process, Staff appraisal process, Staff evaluation process.• Preparing note sheet.• Maintain all types of Transport and update all documents.• Preparing worker final settlement and ensure resign salary payment.• Regular supervision on security and housekeeping.• Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.• Manage proper entertainment for the buyer and company high official team.• Communicate with workers & staff, to improve workers and management relationships, attend participation committee meetings and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.• Preparing Lefty and Resign report and maintain Lefty and Resign Register.• Input data to the payroll software.• Follow-up Earn leave.• Maintain and update worker and staff personal file.
