Sales Support / Sales Operations:• Responsible to manage all sales operation matters of PVC & Caustic North division• Responsible to generate orders, quotations & Cash Receipt entries etc• Responsible for effective communication & managing a team including Accounts, Driver, Janitor, Dispatcher & Warehouse Assistants• Answer and respond to customer inquiries • Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients• Assist and support accounts department in financial operations• Manage databases and document processes• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure maximum customer satisfaction• Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise • Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems• Review specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience• Coordination with dealers regarding customer's order, payments & customer issues• Assisting Regional Sales Manager regarding preparation of reports i.e Sales Reports, Budget Analysis, Fresh Orders, Pending Orders, Fresh Order Tracking & Dealer’s Commission working.

Administrative Tasks:• Managing all administrative matters of Engro Polymer Regional Office (North Region)• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets bi-annualy• Manage office supplies stock• To take responsibility for specific casework as allocated by RSM• Organize and maintain files for important and confidential company documents• Arrange travel and accommodations• Petty cash management

• Vendors searching, assessing and coordination regarding purchasing of material.• Giving concept of souvenir to the management. Coordinating, negotiating with the vendors for purchasing of souvenirs and promotional materials.• Tenders management• Submission of EOI's, RFI's, Tenders, Questionnaires & Pre-qualification Forms.• Training to New Employees (Sales & Ops Team) of CRM to ensure smooth working during their job.• Centralized coordination with all commercial managers in Pakistan for assigned tasks.• Visiting exhibitions for sales leads generation.• Sales support activities.• Assistance to Marketing Manager regarding preparation of reports i.e Comparison of Business Volume on Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly basis, Preparation of Gross Profit Reports and KPI’s of Sales Teams etc.• Day to Day problem resolution and providing guidance to Raaziq Group Sales & Ops teams regarding CRM.• Guiding the team members on assigned tasks.• Working as senior organizing member of Event Management Committee.• Participated & organized various events of Raaziq Group.• Strong Brand Reminder to our existing clientele through participating in exhibitions, emails and sms campaigns.• Planning, monitoring and execution of all branding activities in coordination with vendors and event management companies.• Placement & arrangement of flex, standees, furniture and other material necessary for the exhibitions.
