In my role as CTO of a FinTech startup, I lead technology teams in developing cutting-edge banking and accounting platforms, as well as AI-driven tools that enhance these systems. My responsibilities encompass comprehensive systems analysis, cloud infrastructure management, DevOps practices, and financial and payment systems integration. By fostering a collaborative environment and aligning technology with strategic business goals, I ensure the continuous evolution of our platforms to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving financial landscape.

Oversaw the BCAM OMS team, managing feature development and platform enhancements, including user-requested tools. Directed the planning, design, and deployment of BCAM network management solutions, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality software. Established a DataMiner Protocol Development knowledge-sharing course, transferring key technical insights to team members.

Advanced the BCAM OMS platform by leading projects and implementing strategic enhancements. Designed and developed automated solutions to optimize operations, enforced software standards, and improved continuous integration, unit testing, and source control practices. Contributed to platform reliability and efficiency through regular peer review sessions.

Worked as part of the BCAM (Broadcast Control & Monitoring) team to support the development and operation of the BCAM OMS platform. Contributed to the unified Operational Management System (OMS) by developing features for channel launches and automating manual processes. Built solutions ensuring compliance with Ofcom regulations, and maintained programming standards in C#.NET.

Supported network users and installed new systems across Alaraby Television Network. Developed custom software solutions to streamline workflows in departments such as Finance, HR, Legal, and News, including a C# ASP.NET application for the Music Cue workflow, which saved the company the cost of an external module. Additionally, configured and enforced new IT and Broadcasting policies, advised the Procurement team on software renewals and purchases, and managed the company’s Asset Management software.

Working on building and designing the TV stations starting from designing the internet network and studios technical design, building and setting up the studio components, and delivering the final stream feed to the satellite. I am also responsible of training the staff of the TV channels on the best use of the channel software tool sets.
