I worked many postions:• Cashier: Cleaning the front of the store, greeting customers, distributing money, and making sure our the customers had everything they needed• sales associate: Stocking the sales floor, Customer service (i love going above and beyond for our customers such as help finding items in the store or online, and figuring out their needs)• Receiving: stock replenishment, working, freight, looking up guides for the store, doing projects and resets), receiving (opening/closing trucks, processing, cleaning stockroom, back stocking, pog items in the stock room, filing paperwork, and filling out the worksheets on a daily basis)I also trained new associates.

As a support staff I helped our consumers though their daily activities ( reading, cooking, basic hygiene needs such as washing their clothes, washing themselves, brushing their teeth, playing games, making sure they were in a safe environment, assisted with meal prep, cooking and cleaning, taking them to different events and day programs), I also made sure their medications were taken on time, as well as documenting daily activing logs and med charts.

I started out with doing food prep (good hygiene such as washing your hands, changing your gloves constantly, checking temperatures of the food, making sure each tray weighs the same amount, cutting vegetables, marking containers with times and dates so we will know when to put new food on the line.) Working the register (Greeting every customer, taking food orders, counting the register, ringing people up), making multiple orders at one time, cleaning up (washing dishes, moping the floors, cleaning tables, sweeping, cleaning the windows, taking out the trash, cleaning prep machines, and etc.). After a while I was making schedules, making food orders for the store, checking inventory daily, making sure the employees stayed on task and opening/closing the store.
