Hello! This is Sadeed Inamdar, also referred as Mo,A passionate physical therapist who believes in Human recovery-be it a professional athlete or an ordinary individual in a community. Starting off my journey in the world of physical rehabilitation back in 2015, where I earned my Bachelor's of Physiotherapy. I've always learnt something new till date, like they say, 'know to grow.' I then pursued my diploma in Fitness and Health promotion, branching out my skillset into the field of Aerobic fitness, Strength training and Custom personal workouts.Quick glance on my skills toolkit:1) Manual therapy- treats wide range of musculoskeletal issues.2) Dry Needling- effective way to treat muscle pain, stiffness and spasm.3) Taping- Enhancing muscle work/ preventing injuries using various tapes.4) Hand Rehab- an elective course focused on hand and forearm issues specifically.Using these techniques along with clinical reasoning and current development, I aim to resolve and rehabilitate all the cases I deal with.Over 9 years, I've been fortunate enough to work with multiple clients, from acute sport injuries to post-stroke rehab.
