CurrentAs Service Delivery Manager in GCC team handling GDIA (Global Data Insight Analytics) and FEDE (Ford Engineering and Development Envi) to Support L1 and L2 incidents. There are several automations implemented using PEGA and Python to triage and restart the jobs to improve efficiency. Handling around 50K incidents per annum and closed 95% in Frist line of closer(FLC). Successfully implemented several process improvement and automations and the Incidents has been reduced from 50K to 20K/yearMaintained software engineering and systems engineering disciplines to ensure that software systems are available, scalable, and maintainable This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the evolving needs of our customers including development of Service Level Indicators and Objectives (SLI/SLO), best practices with associated templates, as well as automation to remove toil and facilitate adoption
