OF & MS&S - Large programe(SOF-I and SOF-II).Played key role SD/S3 separation. Transition of 30 applications completed without any hassle and on time. Handeled FTSI's first Large Programs SOF I & II. Successfully managed the deliverables for SOF-I and SOF-II which is a very large project in terms of efforts (30k Man hours), team size (50 Members at peak) and quantity of deliverables (73 Reports and 120 Stored Procedures).Managed 30 fully source applications and 5 SMWs also taken care of 65 partially resource to support NA's resource and infrastructure requests.(Supported 7 LL6 and 2 LL5 for NA) .
