With over 4 years of experience in the field of mineral processing, I have developed a strong expertise in conducting test works, mineral characterization, plant audits, process design, and mass balance. In my current role as a Process Engineer, I am responsible for modeling mineral engineering processes, auditing plant data, and implementing sampling and measurement systems. Additionally, I excel in programming to bring these models to life, enabling the design, performance analysis, and optimization of mineral processing plants.Notably, I have successfully led a project at Talavaran, Tehran, Iran, where I served as Project Manager, Process Engineer, and Software Developer. During this project, I developed a customized metal accounting and plant/process monitoring software for a gold processing plant. I created algorithms for calculating plant KPIs, reconciling measured data, and detecting faults. As a result of this project, our team was honored with the 1st position in a national innovation award.Furthermore, in my previous roles at Talavaran, I performed metallurgical accounting, optimized sampling systems, and conducted audits for gold processing plants. I also played a vital role in investigating methods to suppress deleterious effects in gold processing plants and collaborating in the design and operation of a 100 tpd gold processing plant.
