Using different Remote monitoring software (RMS) to evaluate telecommunication network diagrams, analyse system performance such as network traffic, power and transmission level, security and site configuration and the capacity of the system.2. Effectively using Network monitoring software (NMS) such as ICTOM, ZTE, IM to monitor site performance and generate tickets for site outages and update as necessary.3. Work in hand with the field service Engineers (FSE) and field maintenance Engineers(FME) to resolve all field related issues.4. Work with different excel documents to assist in the escalation process, pulling metrics data, correct any data entry errors to enable good data management process.
