  Joined the Buckner Plant to manage the Distribution process and to lead the production control team. Establish new efficiency standards and created expectations that allowed a 30% decrease in personnel while increasing Cases per Hour from 212 to 270.  Realigned management team to better balance the business and create a better environment for individual development.  Created multiple CI projects that had savings over $400K in 2011 and will have savings over $600K in 2012. Better utilization of logistics, 3PL, and work hour discipline is why savings are being generated.  Began a 5 day forecast from production planning that has already netted an over a 1Million cases shipped at 100% fill rate.
